چکیده
Use of the right mulching techniques is a crucial first step in replacing issues with irrigation and weed infestation potato production. To assess performance potatoes at two doses zinc under different conditions, field experiment was laid out two-factorial, randomized complete block design (RCBD) comprising eight treatments three replications each. The variety used Rolpa local. factor consisted materials: plant residue (M1), black plastic (M2), silver on (M3), control plot (M0), whereas second compromised levels (0 kg/ha 4 kg/ha). Both mulches were found to have significant influence germination rate during research; however, all other observations for growth yield parameters, such as height, tuber number, weight, per plant, significantly superior plastic. highest percentage observed mulch (94.67 %). However, parameters be condition, height (87.28 cm), leaf count (145.70), number tubers (22.16), total 21.83 t/ha. Similarly, yield-attributing characters among levels, 17.70 t/ha zinc. Silver level resulted benefit-cost (B:C) ratios 3.18 2.23, respectively. results showed that using improved both vegetative yield, favorable B:C resulting higher profitability. Thus, maximize profit, it would advantageous utilize

Transcriptome Profiling of the Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) Plant under Drought Stress and Water-Stimulus Conditions
Drought stress can seriously affect tuberization, yield and quality of potato plant. However, the precise molecular mechanisms governing potato stolon's response to drought stress and water supply are not very well understood. In this work, a potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) variant, Ningshu 4, was subjected to severe drought stress treatment (DT) and re-watering treatment (RWT) at tuber bulking s...

The experiment was conducted during the period from January to December, 2008 at the Laboratory of Biotechnology, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute, Gazipur, Bangladesh. A two step procedure was followed for direct plant regeneration of potato. Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium supplemented with 0.5 mg l -1 IBA and 30 g sugar was used for in vitro potato plants development via noda...
متن کاملIn vitro microtuberization in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars.
Mechanism of microtuberization in three elite cultivars kufri badhsha (KB), kufri chandramukhi (KCM) and kufri jawahar (KJ) of potato was studied. Sprouts of all the three cultivars were used to obtain in vitro shoot cultures. MS medium supplemented with chlorocholine chloride was found to be most suitable for all the cultivars. Maximum tuberization was obtained under incubation conditions of c...

The growth and tuberization of potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) maintained for 6 weeks under four different regimes of continuous irradiance were compared to plants given 12 hours light and 12 hours dark. Treatments included: (a) continuous photosynthetic photon flux of 200 micromoles per square meter per second cool-white fluorescent (CWF); (b) continuous 400 micromoles per square meter per s...
